    以冬菇、素香酥鸡、红萝卜、马蹄粒和芫荽为馅料,酿入大冬菇内,是一道卖相好看又可口的素食料理。

    Step 1

    将冬菇泡软,冲洗干净,挤干水份。Soaked mushroom and wash, squeeze out the water, set aside.

    Step 2

    把素香酥鸡放入搅拌机,搅至糊状。Blend the mock chicken into blender until smooth.

    Step 3

    把素香酥鸡糊放入大碗,加入红萝卜碎、马蹄碎、芫荽碎和调味料拌匀,搓圆分成1份。In a bowl, mix chicken with chopped carrot, water chestnut, coriander leaves and seasoning, mix well to become filling.

    Step 4

    冬菇抹上少许薯粉,酿上馅料排在碟子上,放入蒸锅,蒸约8分钟至熟。取出后把芫荽叶放在馅料上。Sprinkle some flour over the surface of mushroom, fill in the filling , arrange on steam plate, steam for 8 minutes till cook. Remove from steamer, top with some chopped coriander leaves before serve.

    Step 5

    将调味料倒入锅内,用小火煮至浓稠后淋上冬菇,排上西兰花、椰菜花装饰,即可趁热享用。In a pot, cook the sauce ingredients till thicken, pour over the mushroom, garnish with cauliflower and broccoli, ready to serve.
